After looking everywhere for a definitive list of Runescape keyboard controls - even searching the official Knowledge Base - I couldn’t find anything; apart from one enticingly titled, but unfortunately blank community forum page.

Runescape has the following keyboard shortcuts that I’m aware of. If you know of any others, please add a comment.
Control Key.
The CTRL key is a special case. When you’ve got this held down, you’ll run to wherever you click at, even if you are currently set to walk. I find this is a good way to save energy when you need to constantly shift from run to walk. I use this a lot during abyssal runecrafting.
Panel Shortcuts
Each of the “options” panels has a keyboard shortcut, which is great in the wilderness or intense training where fast swapping between panels is important. They’re all linked to the 12 “function” keys on your keyboard and are easy enought to work out, but here’s a description for the record…
