Hey people I have decided that I want to share my money making ways with everyone who wants to read this. Please note this is not the quickest way to make money nor is it the quickest way to get a skill level up but it is a good mix of both levelling up those skills of yours, whilst putting some money back into your banks. This is not a skill guide nor is it a guide on making money quick, if you want them then please don’t read this it will just waste your time

Now there are 2 ways of making money with this guide scavenging items for selling or making a profit from buying raw items and selling back materials. This is an all level guide and I will try and put levels in here where they are needed.

I you don’t like anything I have put in this guide then please can you post a comment telling me a better way of doing it. Thank you people for reading.

Scavenging Items

This is a small list of items and there prices. This is only a small list and there isn’t a level requirement to pick stuff up off the ground but in some places where the item can be found you may have to fight off monsters and other players.

Items

• White Berries - 691gps
• Swamp Tar stackable - 200gps
• Pineapple - 113gps
• Bones - 87gps
• Bat Bones - 178gps
• Wolf Bones -484gps
• Vial buying from shilo-village for 5gps then sell - 93
• Seaweed - 159gps

This is a very small list of items that can be picked up around runescape the location of them are below as well as a simple guide of what to wear and beware off.

• White berries located in two place. Place 1 red dragon island: Ok things to worry about red dragons fire, and revs. If you wear your best anti magic amour, anti-dragon shield. If you use the teleport obelisks till you get to the one that is just north of the wilderness fence then run to the island and get the berries remember when you first see a rev then run! Place 2 is just north of the tracker in the Tirannwn forest, you can use your crystal seed to teleport to a bank or you can walk to the village and bank there.

• Swamp tar can be found behind lumbridge castle in the swamp. They are stackable and I think you collect more then one when u pick it up.

• Pineapples can be found just south growing in Brimhaven pick them and travel back via boat or take the cart to the shilo-village.

*Seaweed can be pick up from all beach on Karamja.

Now these are only a few thing that you can find on runescape but if you know off more then let me know so I can add them.

The Skills

Ok like it is says up top this is not a skill guide this is a guide of how to make some money from getting your skill levels up. I will be going through most skills and point out the best ways to get money from your skill’s.

Agility

Ok there really isn’t that many ways of making money with this skill but the best way I have found is if you pay 200gps to play the mini-game in Brimhaven. You need a minimum of level of 20 to do most of the stances and level 40 to do them all I would take some food and agility potions and collect tickets till you have a fair few I recommend about 1000 then sell them. On the following items.

• Toadflax - 3 tickets - 2169gps
• Snapdragon - 10 tickets - 7186
• Pirate Hook - 800 tickets - 1.3m

With 1000 tickets you can get a pirate hook and 20 snapdragons get a whopping 2m profit from a silly 200gps.

Combat

Please note combat is only for people who are meleeing not rangers or mage’s

This is more for people who have a low combat level but killing cows is very profitable when your just starting on runescape. They have a 100% drop rate of cowhide - 117gps ea and normal bones - 87gps ea which mean for every one cow your kill your getting - 204gps.
For players who are over 40 combat there is Pest Control mini-game. This is a good way off training in the game and getting pest points to put toward rewards like:

• Herb packs - 30 points - A selection of herbs
• Mineral pack - 15 points - 25 noted coal, 18 noted iron
• Seed pack - 15 points - 4 high level seeds, 10 low level seeds

So I would get mineral pack as it would give me (coal @179x25 = 4475 + iron ore@ 98x18 = 1764) 6329gps per 15 points.
As well as the coins you get for completing the game(combat level 40 x10=400gps).
So for every 15 game you would make a total of (400x15= 6000+6329)12329gps an the minimum.

For players who have over 60 combat cow get a little boring so why not try killing dragons(see guide below)
For you bolder players there are also things like the God Wars, Barrows, Bounty Hunter, Giant Mole And many more team monsters that you can kill yourself (why split the loot if you can own yourself) .

Dragon Slaying

Items - best melee amour unless you are killing green dragons in wilderness then best range amour cause of revs, Best slash weapon you can get, some food depending out your combat level(as you get used to it you will take less food to maximize space for bones and hides), anti dragon shield. Any thing special requirements are below with the dragon type.

Green Dragons

located east of clan wars, recommended you have a games necklace to teleport to bounty hunter to back and you have your best range amour on due to a very high rev population there. Loot to pick up:

• Dragon Bones - 2171gps ea
• Green Dragon hides - 1628gps ea
  Making each dragon worth a minimum of - 3799gps

Other loot to watch out for are keys both ends:

• Loop half - 8842gps ea
• Teeth half - 36300gps ea
  Making the most profit if you put together as crystal key - 46300gps ea.
• Adamant Full helms - 2288gps ea[/list]

Blue Dragons- located in 2 place, Taverley Dudgeon - north west of Falador you need a dusty key which can be got buy going through the dudgeon till you get to a load of black knights and find the jail guard kill him and he drops a key to the cell where an adventurer is, talk to him till he give you a dusty key. When you are where the blue dragons are right across the room till you get to a passageway head down the passageway towards lava and one respawns there also you can get one from shop on the top floor of the legends guild. You will need Falador teleport runes or tablet. There are baby blues down here as well which are lower level then the blue dragon an don’t need a anti-dragon fire shield. They only drop baby dragon bones - 977gps ea, Ogres Cave - you need to have done watch tower quest, this south of Yanille in the Ogre’s camp.

Loot for blues are:

• Dragon Bones - 2171gps ea
• Blue Dragonhides - 1980 gps ea
  Giving you a minimum - 4151gps per dragon killed

These drop the same Greens with the additions of:

• Rune Spear - 12300gps
• Dragon Spear - 38400gps
• Rune Full Helm - 21100gps

There are other things that they drop like the left half of a dragon shield and dragon med helm but I have never know anyone to get that as a drop from a blue dragon.

Red Dragon- Located in Brimhaven dudgeon you need 875gps and a hatchet it to get in the dudgeon is located south from the boat dock in Brimhaven and I would recommend you take teleport runes to Ardougne or tablet. Player need to beware that there are wild dog down here so you will keep being attacked by them. There is also baby red dragons here like the baby blues don’t require you to have protection from Dragon fire and only drop Baby Dragon Bones(see blues for price).

Loot for Red Dragons:

• Dragon Bones - 2171gps ea
• Red Dragonhides - 2817gps ea
  Giving you a minimum - 4988gps per dragon killed.

These drop the same as Blues and Greens with the addition of:

• Adamant Plate body - 9760 gps ea.

Things like left side of the shield and dragon med helm are more likely but extremely rare to get as a drop!

Black Dragons- There are 3 locations for these:

• Taverley dudgeon if you read the guide blue dragons and got to where the dusty key respawns then follow the passage round till you get to black demons and head north till you get to poisonous spiders then north east to the hell hounds, then past them you will come across 2 of them.
• At the end of the lava maze in the wilderness if you head down the ladder and head north just past the rune rock there are 2 there beware of revs!.
• In the black dragon lair you must have done Sir Amik Varze Mini-quest for recipe of disaster , The lair is just behind the fair ring you use to get into the lost city from the lost city quest use a raw chicken on the statue and you will be teleported into there and then you can use the portal to exit again. There are baby black dragons down here just like red and blue ones they only drop baby dragon bones and require no anti-dragon fire protection.[/list]
  When you are fighting these it is recommended to have both anti-fire potions and anti-dragon fire shield. These are a harder dragon to fight and get hit hard constantly so be prepared for a good challenge.

Loot from Black Dragons:

• Dragon Bones -2171gps ea
• Black Dragonhides - 2947 gps ea

Giving you a minimum - 5118 gps per dragon killed.

These drop the same as red and blue dragons do as well as:

• Natural Runes x 67 - 16348 gps
• Rune Arrows x 67 - 15812 gps
• Rune Square Shield - 22900gps
• Rune Kite Shield - 40200gps
• Draconic Visage - 15.5m

As well as a ton of other items this is a high risk monster and for that you get some high level rewards!

As you can see there is a lot of money to be made from killing Dragon my biggest advise I can give on dragon hunting is there are a lot off hidden dangers with hunting all the different dragons From rev’s while killing green dragon to get owned by the black dragons. Find a dragon you are comfortable killing and stick with it when you start getting the hang of it then got and kill the next one up and test out you ability but always be able to get a full inventory of loot before needing to teleport out before sticking to that dragon.

Always have your dragon fire shield when you are near dragons even while killing baby dragons Wear a ring of life and have some way of teleporting somewhere where your not in danger.

Construction

Ok there isn’t that many way to make money from construction it would seem but some of the way you can make money is making tablets, for this you need to have a lectern and to have one of them you need a study.
The best location for your house to be in is Yanille, as it is closest portal to a bank.
Ok there is a few thing you need to think about and that is raw materals. Below you will see a break down off all tablets you can use to make money and the lectern you need to make them on. Each tablet will have 2 price the first one with an element staff and the second without one.

Ok to make the tablet you need:

• Soft Clay (S’Clay) - 184gps ea
• Law Runes (L’Rune) - 270gps ea
• Cosmic Runes (C’Rune) - 140 gps
• Natural Rune (N‘Rune) - 247gps
• Water Runes (W‘Rune) - 16gps
• Fire Runes (F‘Rune) - 9gps
• Air Runes (A‘Rune)- 14gps
• Earth Runes (E‘Rune) - 12gps
  OK here are all the tablets you can make and on which lectern:

Oak Lectern:

• Enchant Sapphire = 1 S’Clay +1 C’Rune + 1 W’Rune = 340gps Sell for - 442gps = 102gps Profit 118gps profit with water staff.
• Varrock Teleport Tablet = 1S’Clay + 1 L’Rune + 1 F’Rune + 3 A’Rune = 505gps Sell for - 784 gps = 279 Profit, Profit with air staff.

Eagle Lectern: Makes the same as oak plus:

• Falador Teleport Tablet = 1S’Clay + 1 W’Rune + 3 A’Runes = 512 Sell for - 833gps = Profit 321gps, Profit with air staff = 363.
• Lumbridge Teleport Tablets = 1S’Clay + 1 L’Rune + 1 E’Rune + 1 A’Rune = 508gps Sell for 851gps = Profit 343gps With air staff = 386gps

Demon Lectern:Makes the same as oak plus:

• Enchant emerald = 1S’Clay + 1C’Rune + 3 A’Rune = 366gps Sell for 593gps = 227 Profit ,With air staff =296gps
• Bones To Banana’s(you need to unlock this spell in the magic training arena) =1 S’Clay + 2 E’Runes + 2 W’Runes + 1 N’Rune = 487gps Sell for - 676gps Profit of 189gps, With mud staff - 245gps.

Teak Eagle Lectern: Makes the same as a normal Eagle lectern plus:

• Camelot Teleport Tablet = 1 S’Clay + 1 L’Rune + 5 A’Rune = 524gps Sell for 738gps = Profit of 214 gps, With a air staff = 284gps.
• Ardougne Teleport Tablet = 1S’Clay + 2W’Runes + 2L’Runes = 756gps Sell for 1017gps = Profit of 261gps, With water staff = 293 gps

Teak Demon Lectern: Makes the same as normal and demon lectern plus:

• Enchant Ruby = 1 S’Clay + 1 C’Rune + 5 F’Runes = 369gps Sell for 635gps = Profit of 266gps, With fire staff = 311gps.
• Enchant Diamond = 1S’Clay + 1 C’Rune + 10 E’Runes = 447gps Sell for 477 = Profit of 0 With earth staff = 140gps.

Mahogany Eagle Lectern:Makes the same as the normal and teak eagle lecterns plus:

• Watchtower Teleport Tablet = 1S’Clay + 2E’Runes + 2 L’Runes = 748gps Sell for 1023gps = Profit of 275gps, With earth staff = 299gps.
• House Teleport Tablet = 1S’Clay + 1A’Rune + 1L’Rune + 1 E’Rune = 480gps Sell for 893gps =Profit 413gps, With air staff 427gps.

Mahogany Demon Lectern:Makes the same normal and teak demon lecterns plus:

• Enchant Dragonstone = 1 S’Clay + 1 C’Rune + 15 E’Runes +15 W’Runes = 744gps Sell for 408gps= Lose of 336gps With mud staff a profit of 84gps.
• Enchant Onyx = 1 S’Clay + 1 C’Rune + 20 E’Runes + 20 F’Runes = 744gps Sell for 123gps= Lose of 621gps even with a staff your losing money with this tablet so this is a big don’t do.
• Bones To Peaches(need to buy from mage training arena) = 1 S’Clay + 1 N’Rune + 4 W’Runes + 4 E’Runes = 543gps Sell for 1181gps = Profit of 638gps, With mud Staff A Massive 750 gps profit

Now that is what I call making money. You need to make sure you are able to cast the spell before you can make the tablet, if you not got the right construction level for the lectern you wish to use then find a friend who has and use there lol.
As you can see there are not that many ways of making money with construction but there is money to be made from the thing you build in your house.

Cooking

Ok I have found something if you buy a sack of potato’s for 825 and cook them - 162ea (level 7 cooking needed) you can get a profit of 795gps.
To my disappointment I have not found a way that you can buy raw martial and making a profit with cooking them as most things lose value once you have cooked them. If you know of away please tell me I would love to know

Crafting

Ok here are a few way can make money getting your crafting levels up like the start of this guide said this is not a skill guide but a money making one. There are 2 ways of doing this the first one to maximize profit and the second to maximize speed. Normally the first way is to find your own raw materials and second is to buy them from G.e.
Ok below you will see a level by level (every 15ish levels) guide on how to make money.
If you have any better ideas please let me know so I can change mine so we can all get the best out of this guide.

Levels 1-15

• Making Molten Glass - This requires level 1 crafting and if you do if the long way of getting buckets of sand from sad pits and seaweed from coastline then you are set to make - 310gps profit if you buy the bucket of sand - 118gps and seaweed - 158gps you will only make 34gps.
• Tanning leathers both cow hides and dragonhides
• Cow Hides 117gps, 2/5gps to tan then sell for 164gps (making I would do a few in both hard leather) Making profit of 45/42 gps.
  • Green Dragonhides - 1627gps, 20 to tan, sell for 1779gps = profit of 123gps
  • Blue Dragonhides - 1985gps, 20 to tan, sell for 2137gps = profit of 122gps
  • Red Dragonhides - 2829gps, 20 to tan, sell for 2983gps = profit of 124gps
  • Black Dragonhides - 2968gps, 20 to tan, sell for 3152gps = profit of 154gps
    Now you can make a profit from people laziness god I love people!

Levels 15-30

• Spinning flax - This require you to be level 15 crafting and can be long but the rewards can be great. If you collect your own flax you will make 195gps but if you buy flax -91gps then you will make 101gps profit.
• There is no profit to be found in making gold or silver items even if you mine the ore it is more profitable to sell the ore.
  From here on up there isn’t that much I could find that would make you money using just crafting items and but like I always say if you know of a way then please post and tell me!

Farming

Firemaking

There is really is no way of making a guarantied profit when your burning logs come on your burning something you can sell!(come on people what pollute the atmosphere of runescape when you can make yourself rich!)

Fishing

Ok now fishing is a really good skill to use to make money with possible one of the best to use to make money.
Ok remember my rule I am not telling you how level up these skills but how to make a profit from levelling up these skills. I will do this one in a level by level format as there is a lot to think about.

Level 1-30

• Anchovies, Level 15 need to fish them. Catch them cook them and sell them this very low level fish have the price of 136gps ea or 109gps ea raw.
• Cod, Level 20 needed to fish them. Catch them and sell then 49gps ea.
• Salmon, Level 30 needed to fish them. Catch them and sell the 72gps ea.[/List]

Level30-60

• Tuna, Level 35 needed to fish. Catch them and sell them 121gps ea.
• Lobsters, Level 40 needed to fish. Catch these and you will make 314gps per lobster (people going for level 99 use these a lot so I would stick with these till I can catch monk fish).

Level 60-99

• Monkfish, Level 62 needed to fish. Catch them and sell them, if you cook them you lose 37gps but it might sell quicker, Raw - 398gps, Cooked - 361gps.
• Sharks, Level 76 needed to fish. Catch them and sell, 1017gps per shark.
• Sea turtle, Level 79 needed to fish, Catch them cook them and sell, 1340gps.
• Manta Ray, Level 81 needed to fish. Catch them, cook them and sell, 1905gps.

Please note when you cook fish there is a great risk of burning that fish. The higher your cooking level the less likely you are to burn. Burnt fish is worth 0gps. So choose carefully if you want to cook or not.
Also Sea turtles and Manta Rays are rewards from the fishing trawler mini-game.

Magic

Ok this is a guide to making money from you skills in magic not as a battle mage but as alching and enchanting, Once again this isn’t a skill guide but I a guide on making money.
Also please note that the most profitable to alch is by making your own natural runes! Therefore I will only be putting profit if you have made you own natural rune’s!
Ok firstly I am going to do alching.

AlchingThis is a list of things that you can alch that you will make a profit on.

• Magic Shortbow- 938gps - Alch - 960gps. Profit 28gps,
• Yew Shortbow - 364gps - Alch - 480gps. Profit 116gps
• Magic Longbow - 1381gps - Alch - 1536gps. Profit 155gps
• Yew Longbow - 595gps- Alch - 768gps. Profit 173gps
• Green D’Hide Body - 4482gps - Alch - 4680gps. Profit 198gps
• Blue D’Hide Body - 5413gps - Alch - 5616gps. Profit 203 gps
• Red D’Hide Body - 6633gps - Alch - 6738gps. Profit 105gps
• Black D’Hide Body - 7861gps - Alch - 8088gps. Profit 227gps[/list]
  These are only a small amount of things you can alch the alch price is the same price you would pay to buy something for a general shop.

Enchanting
Believe it or not there is a profit to be made from making normal rings into enchanted ones.
Ok you need the follow spells for this to work and the following items or you wont make anything in fact you will lose money.

Spells

• Enchant level 1 Jewellery. This is a sapphire You need 1 water rune and 1 cosmic rune. Cosmic runes are 140gps each and if you use a water staff you have not got the price of that rune.
• Enchant level 2 Jewellery. This is a emerald . You need 1 cosmic rune and 3 air runes. Air staff will save your air runes and increases your profit.
• Enchant level 3 Jewellery. This is for ruby. You need 1 cosmic rune and 5 fire runes. Fire staff with save you fire runes and increases your profit.
• Enchant level 4 Jewellery. This is for diamond. You need 1 cosmic rune and 10 earth runes. Earth Staff is a must as the cost of 10 earth runes could be you complete profit.
• Enchant level 5 Jewellery. This is for Dragonstone. You need 1 cosmic rune ,15 water runes and 15 earth. Mud staff can be used her as with level 4 the cost of 15 runes can be the profit.
• Enchant level 6 Jewellery. This is for onyx. You need 1 cosmic rune, 20 water and 20 earth. You mud staff is really useful here for the same reason as level 4.

Ok now the trick is to get the rings, amulets, bracelets and necklaces of the G.e. bellow is list of just that and the profit you will get the profit only has a 140gps addition on to it as it is in your best interest to use a staff.

The Rings:

• Sapphire 540gps - Enchant - Ring of recoil 718gps. Profit 34gps
• Emerald 800gps - Enchant - Ring of duelling 983gps. Profit 43gps

The Necklaces:

• Sapphire 630gps - Enchant - Games necklace 861gps. Profit 91gps
• Dragonstone 32700gps - Enchant - Skills necklace 35500gps. Profit 2260gps.

The Bracelets:

• Emerald 747gps - Enchant - Castle wars Brace(3) 896gps. Profit 9gps.

As you can see there are a lot of ways you can use magic to put a little of that money it cost to train magic.

Mining

Now this one off them skills that it takes forever to level and the speed of mining that rock can really put you off it but then if you think what money your making then sometime it makes it a little bit more bearable.
Ok this will be a level by level guide cause there really isn’t that much you can do with ore other then smith it. But this isn’t who to make money smith its how to make money mining.

Levels 1-30:

• Clay. Level 1 is needed to mine this. 107gps ea and if you add a bucket of water on to it you will gain 81more gps. Clay 107gps Soft clay 188gps ea
• Silver ore. Level 20 is needed to mine this. 166gps . It s quicker then adding water but if you enjoying soft clay then keep going till gold.

Levels 30-60:

• Gold ore. Level 40 is needed to mine this and I would keep mining it till you can mine adamant ore as you get a massive 522gps per ore. If you are find gold to slow then got to pure essence.
• Pure essence. Level 30 needed to make essence into pure essence. With mining level 40-50 you will mine these rapidly and get money quick. Pure essence 136gps ea.

Levels 60-99:

• Adamant Ore. Level 70 needed to mine this and you get 929gps per ore but they are slow.
• Runite Ore. Level 85 needed to mine this and yes you get a huge 11900gps per ore it is the slowest off all ore to mine so bare that in mind.

There is a lot off money to be made with mining like soft clay and gold ore and even runite ore but remember to pick what you mining with care and remember sometime it is quicker to get 100k by mining 100 soft clan then 10 runite ore.

Pray

Ok where on earth can you make money from digging holes in the ground and putting bones in it. If anyone knows a way make money getting your pray level up you lying . Lol. But post it anyone. Thank you.

Runecrafting

Ok this is a run skill to use to get money cause there are so many way to do it. There is no effect on speed depending on your rune crafting level. The only thing that a good level gets you is multi-runes.
Ok I am only going to do elemental and lunar runes but I will always put an attentive if you haven’t done the lunar quests yet. This is also going to be a level by level guide and I know I have said time and time again this is not a guide on getting your rune crafting level up it’s a guide on get money from this skill.
I would mine your own essences till you level 30 rune crafting cause you will make no profit.

Level 1-15:

• Air runes. Level 1 is needed to craft these. 14gps ea craft these till level 5
• Water runes. Level 5 is needed to craft these. 16gps there only 2gps more but they will get you to level 11 quicker then just air.
• Air Runes x2.Level 11 when you get to level 11 rune crafting you get 2 airs for your 1 your still only get 14gps per rune but your getting 784gps per run (tiara to be worn).
• Water runes x2. Level 19 and your now getting x2 on your water runes. So your still getting 16gps per rune but your getting 896gps per run.
• Air runes x3. Level 22 is need for this just like when you was getting x2 air runes per essence your now getting 1176gps per run.

Levels 30-60:

• Cosmic Runes. Level 32 is needed to craft these 140gps per rune. If you no don’t the lost city quest the you can craft airs till the next stage.
• Astral runes. Level 40 needed to craft these. 153gps per rune. If you not done the lunar quest then keep with cosmic and is your not crafting cosmic keep with air runes.
• Natural Runes. Level 44 needed to craft these . 247gps per rune.
• Law runes. Level 54 needed to craft these. 280gps per rune.

By this time you know what sells and for what price so keep your eye on the price off runes they go up and down like nothing else. If you make death at level 65 till you get to level 91 and then stick with double natural runes.
There are loads of way to do rune crafting and if you got a friend that has level 91 rune crafting you can getting them to assist you and get double natural runes no matter what level you are.

Smithing

This is the best skill to get raw materials and make them into bars and still make a good profit as well as making cannonballs.
Just smith the bars that you have the level for the higher the bar better for your skill and your pocket.
Bellow you will see the price off what the ore are brought for and what bars can be sold for.

Ore Into Bars:

• Copper ore 79gps, Tin Ore 31gps - Bronze bar 184gps. Profit 153
• Iron ore 98gps - Iron bar 228gps. Profit 130gps
• Coal ore x2 358gps , Iron ore 98 gps - Steel bars 619gps. Profit 163gps
• Coal ore x4 716gps, Mithril ore 180gps - Mithril bar 1075gps. Profit 179gps
• Coal ore x6 1074gps, Adamant ore 929gps - Adamant bar 2266gps. Profit 263gps
• Coal ore x8 1432gps , Runite ore 11900gps - Runite bar 13700gps. Profit 368gps

Cannonballs
Make cannonballs re also good way of making a profit but let just see by how much.

• Ore 456gps to C’Balls x4 per bar 760gps Profit. 304gps!
• Steel bars 619gps in C’Balls x4 per bar 760gps. Profit 143 gps.

It would seem that making C’Balls from ore is a very high return way to smith.

Theving

Woodcutting

Ok this is a skill that was made for making money because what else can you do with all those log in you bank.
Ok this is a list off what trees are worth and what level you might think about cutting that tree based on how much time it will take you to get a full load of them.

Logs:

• Normal logs. 29gps ea. Turn into plank for 100gps, sell for 200 gps. Profit 71gps Cut till level 15
• Oak logs. Pay the saw mill guy 250gps to make them into planks, sell for 449gps. Profit 150gps cut till level 35
• Teak logs. Again pay saw mill guy to make them into planks for 500gps ea, sell for 846gps ea. Profit 346gps cut till level 60
