Now every week, around Tuesday the clan citadel resets itself, Jagex have decided that they will call this “Build Tick” here is a break down what happens at that time.
Firstly the resources that are collected the week before is taken into the upkeep, if there inst enough this is when the downgrades will happen.
Secondly then any keep is paid out to the skill plots in order of which we prioritise, again if we don’t reach the require upkeep this is when the downgrade will happen.
Thirdly all new upgrades will take place, once again this is in order of our priority, if we haven’t reached the right amount of resources then the upgrade rolls over to the next week, we don’t lose an resources that have gone into the upgrade.
Finally the resources spoil, in accordance with the level of our storeroom.
