Ghouls are really good xp for people with low defence because ghouls are around 42cb with low attack and strength. They automatically attack however, after a while they stop and if you run to the yellow circle and back in the picture below they will start automatically attacking you again. These attack you up until 84cb and after that you’ll have to attack them. The ghouls are in the white circle below and you can get their by following the purple line (also passing an alter on the way)
