If you’ve got to leave Runescape to waste some time in the real world and you’ve got valuable herbs you want to plant, here’s a neat trick.

Go to the disease free herb patch at Trollheim (My Arm Quest) and take two valuable herb seeds. Plant one and log out. This way the tedious journey (even with a teleport) to Trollheim has maximum efficiency. When you return to Runescape from the real world, you can harvest your herbs and plant the next seed.

Next time you’re killing moss giants and you see players leaving watermelon seeds, pick them up! The humble watermelon is neglected by many farmers. Amazingly though, it can be one of the fastest ways to get farming experience.
