An explanation of the jobs:
The leader oversees everything, makes decisions on the Citadel, resolves any unresolved disputes etc., has the deciding vote when a vote is 50-50 and, if the need arises (I’m sure it won’t) deals with any serious issues. The Leader has access to everything (but doesn’t run them): Website Development; FB etc. accounts.
The Recruitment Chief, Outreach and Website Director and Events Manager are all Deputies to the Leader, and so have Admin Rights and are part of the Community Team.
The Recruitment Chief, as you can guess, is in charge of, simple enough, recruitment. Anyone the recruiters find should be referred to him/her to make the decision. (If something’s a bit dodgy, the Recruitment Chief could bring that up with the Community Team or the Leader).
The Outreach and Website Director is in charge of the day-to-day running of the FB/Twitter etc. accounts as well as the design of the RSP website and any issues with the RS Clan Forum. The person in this position is also part of the Website Team.
The Events Manager, aswell as running and organising Events of his/her own, oversees the Events of the Event Runners to make sure that they are planned out fully and that there is enough of a variety. It is also their responsibility to advertise all events through all our media (RSP Forums, RS Clan forum, Twitter, FB, Youtube (?)).
Admins can issue punishments in the Clan Chat immediately if trouble is being stirred, and they should briefly inform the Leader about any issues that they’ve dealt with. They aren’t part of the Community or Website Teams.
Recruiters are, effectively, ordinary members who have pledged to try and find new members for us. Whilst all members can do so, the Recruiters should be committed to doing so.
Event Runners should cover different categories (Combat (PvM and PvP), Skilling, Minigames - although sometimes these merge) and organise and run these events before sending the Events Manager details of them so that he/she can publicise them.
